- Returns for any item must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- Insurance is required on item being returned.
- Original packaging is suggested.
- Items must be returned in the condition received.
- All returns must be pre-approved and a return authorization number will be assigned.
- Returns without a pre-approval, will be refused.
- In-house return credit will be issued for purchase of any items in inventory.
- If an in-house credit is not utilized, a 25% restocking fee will be applied against a refund.
